"Deliver on time, or don't deliver at all."

I travel for work, so I'm only available to receive deliveries on Fridays. And if you can't deliver on a given Friday, for whatever reason, I won't receive my goods for another week. So, if a delivery won't be made on the day requested, I'd like to be told early enough to cancel my order and order from another vendor who can deliver. Being told the day before is unacceptable for me.

On Two separate occasions I have placed an order with this company only for them to accept my money and then try to pawn me off with inferior products than the One's I ordered.
They seem to think that this is perfectly acceptable practice and have little if any regard for the fact that the supplements ordered are on an ongoing basis.
The latest fiasco resulted in a friend of mine having to settle for Two products He didn't order just so He could get the other product that He did order.This took over Two weeks as they "claimed" I was notified by email which I was not !
The result is that I personally can not trust this company and will now seek my supplements else where and I have expressed this to them to which I got no reply.
Total armatures THAT ARE ONLY CONCERNED WITH THEMSELVES AND MY MONEY !!!
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
