Osaa kannetuista tuotteista kannettiin niin raivokkaasti, että kulmissa vain kolisi. Tämän vuoksi osa huonekaluista sain vaurioita. En voi suositella.

We are very happy with the service. The guys came on time and were very careful while handling all our stuff. We had an unfortunate incident and found out last minute that we cannot move to our new home and had to send everything to a storage unit. They guys were flexible and very understanding and were also comforting us during that time because we were not sure where we would end up that day. Thank you for the kindness you showed us.

Oli hyvä että oli kolme miestä ja kaksi kantasuomalaista. Oli sen verran paikkoja ja osoitteita mukana. Oli tosi hyvät suomalaiset. Hyviä ammattimiehiä hoitamaan auton kuormaaminen ja reitit. Kommunikointi sujui, kun he opastivat itse ulkomaalaista.

I liked it all until i saw the damage on the computer monitor. I provided with all kinds of wrapping for moving, but they decided to ignore it and move the monitor without wrapping it (i didnt wrap it myself bcs i wasnt sure if it was needed). So i woud've rated it as 5 if not for the monitor scratch.

Also the way they handled TV made me anxious, even tho it worked and TV is fine, they ignored all the instructions on "how to handle TV" which i had from the TV box.

The driver was nice, but i think they could've handled monitor and a tv better.

Aikataulu ei aivan pitänyt, mutta toisaalta kuunvaihde on kiireisintä aikaa. Kuski oli ystävällinen ja todella avulias. Olen iloinen, että sain parin päivän varoitusajalla pesukoneelle kuljetuksen, vaikka tosiaan oli kuunvaihde kyseessä. Asiakaspalvelu laittoi ripeästi sähköpostia muutoksista, ja puheluuni vastattiin heti.

"Delivery"

I ordered door to door delivery. The driver was on time, gave a call ahead, asked specific questions about getting to the destination and I got a text with delivery confirmation. Ordering process was straightforward, no issues. I can highly recommend!
