"Terrible service. Do not deal with them if at all possible."

Every part of this experience was god awful. Here's how it went: I purchased a Vortex 2 hood scoop for my r56 cooper s. This item was a very steep price to begin with but with how they talk it up on their site I figured it would be worth the cost (more on this later.) On their site it was listed as "in stock" so I coughed up the 300 bucks and ordered it. Several days later (when the part should be arriving on my doorstep) I received an email from M7 informing me that they are actually far into back order and to expect it to ship "soonish" or else I could get a refund. They were smart in lying about them being in stock because I decided to wait since I'd already paid. Otherwise I'd not have purchased it and looked elsewhere. I asked if they could upgrade my shipping to make up for the wait they forced on me and they refused. They also refused to discount it at all to make up for the wait. After 2 and a half weeks (2 weeks passed when I should have RECEIVED it like their site said, and a full paycheck later) I finally got an email saying it had just SHIPPED. Now fast forward to finally getting it, we're now 3 weeks in and out $300. I open the box and WOW! A cheap piece of fiberglass with horrible lines from the molds, no finish of any kind, it's very thin to the point of being wobbly, and overall feels like it's gonna shatter if a leaf hits it going too fast. What's more, there are no instructions, just a paper telling you too go on their site and SEARCH FOR IT ON YOUR OWN. There's one other paper and it's just another giant paper informing you that the expensive piece of junk you just bought can't be returned. Not without a TWENTY PERCENT restocking fee. That's 60 bucks, which after looking at the product is far more than it probably cost them to make it. They have horrible customer service, terrible quality parts, they were dishonest so I'd buy they're products anyways, they weren't willing to make up for their error, they weren't apologetic, and they were very unprofessional. There were other bad parts but this is already an essay. Moral of the story... STAY AWAY FROM M7!!!! There are far better products for cheaper with better service and shorter waits everywhere else. Don't deal with M7.

"strut tower reinforcement and brace"

the install went pretty smooth. I had to hammer my mushroomed sheet metal flat to get it to mount. the reinforcement was not strong enough to remove the mushroomed sheet metal but the hammer (small sledge) got just about all of it. there is a very noticeable improvement in the stoutness of the car and the handling seems to be greatly improved. I wish i had purchased it sooner. the only reason i did not give it 4 stars was that it could not remove the mushroom by itself.

"M7 Water Temperature Kit fir Mini Cooper"

No review at the moment, bought the kit hoping step by step instructions are included but only basic not related to Mini Cooper where to splice to power the kit but dissatisfaction, I wanted to return the item already open. Dont get me wrong its a must to have especially my car has on going overheating issue but I have another alternative which is cost way less $25 Elmo Bluetooth and can monitor more even boost.

"Erros on Headlights"

Sent wrong headlights. Day before holiday weekend. Called first day back open. Given reassurance problem would be fixed and an email would be sent confirming return shipping. 6 days go bye no email no phone calls. Call again on end of 6th day given assurance on solution being fixed. Was told shipping label was created and I would be able to drop off at shipping hub. Label that was created was for a residential pick up, drove to shipping hub 45 minutes away to be told I was given incorrect information.
Now on second full week waiting for headlights.

I just received my aluminum coolant tank and cap yesterday. I couldn't believe how much it looks good and will last better than the EOM plastic tank and faulty cap. I'm excited to install it today can't wait and really fast service also did I mention they give you the tracking number so you will know when it arrives.
