I constantly have incredibly experiences with this company. Their baskets are gorgeous and very elegant looking- I always get compliment when I send them as a gift. The customer service is amazing! They are quick and thorough.. and the price is right. I must have used this company at least 10 times, including bulk orders, and have always only had great experiences.

Soo many baskets should be renamed to sooo disappointing! Awful customer service, with a specially boxed bottle of Champagne arriving 9 days late in a broken box. The recipient was asked to travel to a UPS facility 15 mins away from the address it was to be delivered to, shipping of $28 a waste of time. Save your money for something else.

"FAIL - did not deliver"
I was debating sending flowers or champagne for a special event, and went with champagne from this company. The website gave a next day delivery date and 3 days later the champagne still has not turned up. I should have gone with a reputable florist and not wasted money and missed the opportunity to do something thoughtful. 0/5 stars

I am very unhappy with Soo Many Baskets, if you want to pay over $100 and have no product delivered than be my guest and order. Otherwise save your self the trouble and order else where. They lost my package in UPS and instead of offering a new order for shipment they decided to charge my card extra. Do not order from this company.

"Horrible customer service"
Horrible customer service. Verbiage on the website is completely unclear. Spent over $350 to send a dear friend a bottle of champagne for her 50th birthday celebration. 24 hours later received a rude email that they do not deliver on the weekends when that is not what it says on their website. Website allowed me to choose a Sunday for delivery without issue and I was not made aware until Sunday at 11 AM that this was not possible. No attempt at refunding delivery fee or offering a discount was made. Absolutely horrible customer service would never recommend this company.

"Missed Milestone Anniversary"
I ordered a champagne basket for a 50th wedding anniversary and the order said it would be delivered on a date (which would have been 2 days prior to the event, which I was happy with) and turns out it didn't even ship until that date, so the anniversary was completely missed and the champagne won't be arriving until 5 days after I was told it would. This is such a disappointment to miss this huge milestone. When I called, the woman on the phone told me it was my fault because I entered the date I wanted it delivered instead of the first date available and if I wouldn't have done that, it would have been delivered on time..that's how the computer does it. Gee thanks. All she offered to me was to refund my shipping. I would not recommend ordering from here for any special occasion.

Best customer service I've ever had. I was in a real pinch to get my friend a gift for her new promotion and Dori made it happen. You just don't get companies that are willing to do this anymore. I will be a customer for life!

Ordered a thank you basket online from Ireland to be delivered in New York. Service was excellent, I requested a specific day for delivery and it was delivered on time. Recipient loved the gift too - thank you!
