"Very poor, late service."

Made an order for an anniversary present on the 15th. The anniversary was for 18th so made the delivery date for then. Their customer service's attitude left a lot to be desired. Was a case of "so what". I appreciate the weather but the parcel tracker is still saying it should be delivered 23rd, two days ago! Missed my son and daughter-in-law's anniversary not that Soo Many Baskets care one jot. Very poor
