I was apprehensive with the thought of ordering a custom product shipping from overseas however receiving the mirror and witnessing the high quality, I am most satisfied I made the right decision to proceed with an order. The mirror that I ordered and received is large and was very well packaged. The material and construction is good quality. Lead-time should be a consideration when ordering a custom mirror.

"Very nice mirror with awesome features - a few hiccups"
Overall, while it was a much lengthier process than I wanted, the mirror is really nice. The good: customer service (Jean) was super responsive when I reached out for updates on shipping, etc. The mirror itself looks great in our refinished bathroom, and I love the lighting options, weather station, bluetooth speakers, etc. The not-so-good: the first mirror we received after waiting for over 12 weeks had the weather station installed upside down. Customer service replied quickly and made a new mirror for us. It did take another 10-12 weeks to get the replacement, but it works well.
My only actual complaint about the mirror itself is that even on the dimmest setting, the weather station and light buttons are still way too bright. The mirror is in the master bedroom, and we were shutting the bathroom door due to the light intensity. I've now used a window film over it to dull the light - much better, but I think there should be more control over this feature.

"Do not order, their 1-stars are piling up SCAM"
I tried to order a custom mirror from this site. Once I put all my credit card information in, a new window opened, claiming to be a SafeKey from American Express, it even had their logo on it. However, rather than, as they usually do, for a 6-digit code, sent from AMEX, this one asked for the 3-digit code on the back of the card and the last 4 of my social security number, otherwise, everything they need to order a new credit card. I called AMEX out of suspicion and they quickly connected me to their fraud department. The fraud department advised me to immediately leave the site, and clear my cookies. They also deactivated my card and are sending me a new card. AMEX never asks for that information as part of the SmartKey safety protocol. I was advised to never shop with this vendor as it is clearly a scam.
On a side note, their address in Canada is fake, they have no storefront and their "real" address is in China. Shop at your own peril with these con artists.
Their response is absolute nonsense, I called AMEX and they never sent out a SmartKey.
They are 100% fake, look at their reviews, 31% 1 star.

I ordered a large custom mirror on Nov 30th in the amount of almost $3000. 8-10 weeks delivery. we are on week 9 and they still cannot confirm a delivery date. when i call the 1-323-982-8683 it says the call cannot be completed as dialed. I send email an email and get an out of office response. I’m worried I may have been scammed.

For a mirror that cost close to a thousand dollars the should have came perfect. The mirror to about 12 weeks to get and when it arrived there was no manual or instructions. On top of that the bottom right coner is we’re they add the Wi-Fi part bust behind hind the glass is all smudged and streaked. There is now way of cleaning this so it always looks dirty.

Was told the mirror would be delivered in 6 to 8 weeks. Yesterday was 8 weeks. I logged into their website. They know I placed the order, but have no visibility into status. No tracking, no human who answers the phone. I left a message and was called back by someone who knew nothing about my order told me to email. When I said I already, they told me to email again. Trying not to be unduly concerned, but these all seem like bad signs. At least I got a call back.

"Inyouths customer service"
Jean at inyouths has delivered on customer service. Received our Bluetooth mirror, however we were unable to adjust the volume on the speakers. Jean offered us a 40% return on our mirror. However our whole purpose was to have a fully functioning Bluetooth mirror for our bathroom remodeling, anything less would have defeated our purpose. Jean understood and inyouths are going to send us a new mirror. Jean did explain that since it is a special order it would be a couple months to make the mirror and ship, which is acceptable to us to have a fully functioning mirror. We appreciate Jean’s customer service and timely communication in resolving our mirror issue. Will keep all posted on the final outcome once we receive our replacement mirror.
