"ZERO stars!"

I would've actually preferred to give ZERO stars! It's been almost a year since we ordered our mirrors. First order was somehow shipped to wrong address. The they said they were broken. After many failed and delayed attempts at communication they said they would remake them. No communication or reply for agin, another 6 months. They finally replied that there was yet another 'mishap' in production and it will be shipped next week. I want to cancel order altogether and now they are unresponsive yet again! Be warned!!!!! This company is a HOT MESS!!!!!

I had a great experience with the InYouths LED mirror. It shipped fast and came totally protected in a wood box packed with styrofoam. It worked correctly and looks lovely on my fireplace mantle wall. The touch on and off and lighting settings are really great feature!

My mirror was delivered on time and love how padded it came from the side and back. To install was very easy with no complications.

Slow. Mirror arrived damaged despite good exterior packaging. Heavy loose parts in the shipment were free to rattle around causing cosmetic damage. Mirror does seem to function.

"1,000 dollar broken mirrors"

It is unfortunate that I must warn buyers about InYouths terrible shipping practices and lack of customer service but they have left me no other choice. My mirrors took 4 months to arrive at my house and then they sat for another 3-4 months awaiting install due to construction delays. Once we opened the packaging we noticed they were both broken at the corners. After contacting customer service, I was given a 25% discount on new mirrors but no replacements or full refund. How could I honestly spend another 750 dollars hoping the mirrors aren’t broken during shipping? Good thing Home Depot has almost the same mirror for less than half the cost (I have photos on Google Reviews). And shipped without a scratch in the last 2 weeks. This is why I am now writing a review because I can confirm my new mirrors from Home Depot were packaged better and arrived without a scratch. You can spend 1,000 for broken mirrors from InYouths or get almost the same mirrors from Home Depot for 375 dollars. Hopefully InYouths can figure out how to package a mirror for shipping before more angry customers take their business elsewhere. Buyer Beware!
