I love your italian Roast Coffee and have been consistently ordering the same. Just one Suggestion: Try to make the delivery fast (one day delivery) as your other competitors do. Also, please inspect the seal of the packets as once the seal was broken and I had to shift the coffee in another zip pouch.

"Medium roast French Press grind Monsooned Malabar"

Fantastic customer support and delivery service.
The coffee quality is good, however roasted too much to spoil all aroma (medium roast was requested) and grind size was bit towards the smaller end. Not an ounce of the sweet aroma which is characteristic of Monsooned Malabar, and body is rich but bitter.
May not reorder again.
