On this occasion, high praise goes to Abbie who dealt with us in Northampton's Grosvenor Centre store. She is a benchmark of standards and a pleasure to be dealt with by someone so personable and engaging. She suggested an alteration to my wife's earrings (which were part of a 3 piece set), her suggestion worked, and my wife loves them and the whole set. Money well spent as is all their jewellery. MJJ is highly recommended if it's quality you require.

Visited the Banbury store today and the level of customer service is, as always, unsurpassed - and I can say the same for the two branches in Northampton used regularly in the past.
In this case, just for two watch battery replacements, but the superb service for a purchase amounting to a few tens of pounds was no different had I been buying a £50k Rolex !
The staff are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly and make business such a pleasure. I cannot recommend them more highly.
