I have a herniating disc in my lumbar spine plus love running (a challenging cocktail!), and Christoph is the first medical practitioner to fully appreciate how this affects my particular musculoskeletal system and how to support me continuing to run.
He generously shares his knowledge so you get a deeper understanding of how your physiology is connected; provides treatment to alleviate pain/tightness; and will suggest (plus demonstrate) specific exercises/practices to experiment with in-between treatment. All of this is based on his extensive knowledge, own experiences and by listening to his patients situation and what they want/need.

In June 2020 I was waddling due to pain and by mid-November 2020 I ran a half marathon PR.This wouldn't have been possible if not for Christoph, his confidence (in me and the treatment) and care, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
