"Not the best experience"

My smart desk contact Jeff was a nice guy but very unorganized. He did not order all needed supplies on the first try. He called almost everyday with a question or to tell me something even after he sent an email with the same information. The installers and myself had to make changes to the layout that Jeff put together, in order to get all of the desks to fit in the room.
The installers did a good job of over coming obstacles and following safe working practices.
