Having followed DMB for a while now I know they supply good quality products with safety as a focus. Now we’re approaching winter I was trying to find items that would be warm but remain safe in the car. I was thrilled to see DMB stocking a car poncho! Went to see Deborah today, this is the 2nd time she has fitted a car seat for us.
Everything was explained really well, demonstration of how to set up the seat and how it works.

Exceptional advise and service. Lots of time taken to show as many car seats, that were appropriate to my child’s age and weight. Full explanation and installation shown for each individual one. Any questions I had, were all answered extremely well with informed and educated advise. I couldn’t have gone anywhere better. I will be coming here for any future car seats

Deborah has lots of experience and knows exactly what she is doing. She made adjustments, explained everything well and helped us so that seat and baby are in a better position now.
