"Pizza gogo…Donot go"

We will no longer order from Pizza gogo Wimbledon chase. Pizzas we ordered smell card board as they did not have special paper between pizza and box. Peppronis on the pizza were not taste nice. When we complained, they were not happy to replace it. Then i called Headquarter of Franchisee but they were not helpful too. Customer service was not answering the phone. Donot recommend it.

"Order from dunstable cold"

Ordered food from dunstable branch arrived cold. I called to complain and the guy on the phone was not very helpful. I've ordered there in the past never had a problem till now. Order from domino's in future.

"The most awful experience."

The most awful experience I’ve had with food delivery. Took 2 hours to arrive, we rang 3 times to ask for an update on when the food would be arriving and were told it left 15 minutes ago the first time we called, then we were told in a minute/soon on the 2nd and 3rd calls, these calls covered a 30 minute period. The restaurant didn’t even call the driver until the 3rd time we called and it still took a further 10 minutes. On the 3rd call they reassured us that the bags they keep the food in is electricly heated so it wouldn’t be cold, so we said if the food was cold we’d be requesting a refund, and sure enough it was cold and sure enough when we phoned to request the refund they palmed us off and told us to ring back in 20 minutes when the manager was there. So we rang back in 20 minutes and the manager said why didn’t we ring sooner to complain and they would give us the refund if we gave them all the food back. We had all tried the food to see if it was nice, it was cold and rubbery and not nice at all but because we couldn’t give all the food back because we tried it they denied our request. The driver also lied and told the manager that he had asked me to check the temperature of the food at the door, he hadn’t asked me to do that at all, all he did was apologise for the wait. The staff are liars, the manager is rude and unhelpful and the food was awful too. Got nothing positive to say about the experience at all.

The Attitude of the stuff and manager was absolutely disgusting I will never use again plus staff and friends stood in the door way smoking and blocking entrance shop stunk of smoke. Canterbury

My partner went to pizza gogo tonbridge and my partner handed over the money to pay and because there was loose change the managers attitude towards this was disgusting we paid with notes and change but because there was too many 5ps he moaned the way he spoke to my parter was disgusting money is money whether he paid with some loose change or not e then said to my partner do you want the pizza or not like we was the one with problem!!!!! We will not be returning and we have been going there for years. Definitely a change of management needed !!!!!

Been waiting over an hour and a half for my delivery, when I rang to ask where it is he couldn’t even say sorry it’s late just said it will be another 20 25 minutes. It’s not good enough. Will not order from here again

Usely friendly on time and hot. Today my order was wrong,cold late and tested sour, delivery guy couldn't even say thanks for his tip as his English was so poor. Be a while before I order from here again

Hi I'm very disappointed about your staff from Bromley hil, Downham. Never happens in my life to be so humiliated like that. I want to order a pizza from your store and your employer refused to take my order. I say to him can I have a gogo special and his answer whose: I don't want to serve you. Once a week I buy your pizza but from now on I will never gonna buy from you. Seriously you need to educated your stuff, because of them your company lose customers. I don't know your employer name and for sure if I'm going to ask him hi will not gonna tell me. So remember Number 12 Bromley Hill, Downham next to Pizza Hut. Thank you

Pizza was bloody lovely SO15 shop on millbrook road, guy was lovely and fast service from the bald guy, also very well spoken for customer service x
