Pizza go go had a net profit of £7 million in 2020 and pays driver their wage so why should the customer pay for drivers cost of
liability insurance, money towards their gas and wear and tear on their cars during delivery and not pizza go go?
Now that I've read about this delivery fee policy Never again will I tip the driver as I used to, (£2-£5) from now on driver should know that the delivery fee that I am paying is now their tip.
I did write a 5* review that praised them however this introduction of fee has made me delete my review from their website as this review is more suitable and honest.

ordered pizza gogo last night 2x 15" pizzas
from bow pizza gogo wasnt at all happy with the food as it seemed undercooked in the middle and crust but the hotdogs and meatballs was hard and black woke up this morning and my gut feels like its going to explode been sick and constantly on the toilet since 7 this morning and bare in mind i am 7months pregnant

i shall be treating this as food poisoning as my daughter is the same

Dont bother with Pizza from Pizza Go Go .. which opened up in Newmarket recently. Driver was creepy as anything, serial killer creepy. (even though I had selected doorstep drop off he still stood there grinning like he was about to kill me).

It was the worst pizza we have ever had.. and that includes the one I got once that smelt and tasted like a cat has slept on it. Cheapest bland tasting ingredients for the same price and big chain pizza shops.

Always order my pizza from gogo and it’s always amazing! This time was even better, my parent answered the door (as I have covid) and the guy said ‘happy Easter here’s a free Easter egg with your order) ❤️ What a lovely touch to a crap time x

I have been buying pizza from this company for the last few weeks and I felt compelled to write this review based on the amazing experience I’ve had!
Firstly I can tell straightaway if the dough is fresh or frozen and their dough is definitely fresh! It’s light and crispy without being too greasy or dry like some pizza companies dough.
The toppings are generous and always taste fresh.
The delivery time is the best in my area with only 10-15 minutes between ordering and receiving to my door!!!!
I normally expect to wait at least an hour with other pizza companies.
I was starting to get quite disheartened after ordering from lots of different places and either having to wait ages and the food turns up cold or the quality of the food is rank (I wouldn’t feed it to a starving dog type rank!!)
I resorted to buying pizzas from Domino’s but hated paying their extortionate prices.
There are no pizza huts near me in Dover either, which came as a shock after moving down from London!
Then Pizza GoGo arrived and I nervously placed an order not knowing what I was going to get. When it arrived at my door after 15 minutes I was absolutely astounded and delighted!
The pizzas are out of this world! Hot and tasty! They are reasonably priced and come in 3 sizes. They also have lots of special offers bundles to choose from which makes it more affordable.
Do yourself a favour if you live in Dover,Kent
Make sure your next pizza is from pizza GoGo I assure you, you won’t be disappointed!!

Dodgy people Unprofessional customer service very poor Go go pizza…
I ordered two pizza from Gogo pizza .when I order the pizza I mention I don’t have a cash can you please send the card machine and the guy who answered the phone he said okay ,after 40 minutes driver arrived and he said forgotten to bring the card machine and I said go back to the shop call me I’m going to pay for the pizza over phone . I look at the pizza It was wrong pizza I called them straight away and I told them you sent the wrong pizza the guy who answered the phone he was very unprofessional he was very rude over the phone and I asked For manager to talk to the manager and same guy answered the phone and he’s very very rude to me so honestly this is very dodgy people and I never recommend this pizza shop to anyone don’t buy pizza from the pizza shop Very bad experience
