"3days now am still waiting for my food!!!"

I work nightshifts, 20th of November 2021 i placed an order with Pizza Go Go in Bath using UBER EAT at 1.50am, some how my order got cancelled same time. I realized that after 10minutes. I ordered it again ETA says 2:50Am. No one called me before of after delivering my food. Am still waiting, when i checked the status of the delivery it says my order is completed. Please if you are Hungry don't ever order from this restaurant.

Awful. Waited 2 hours for delivery. Called multiple times with unprofessional service and attitude plus could barely hear them. Food finally came and was missing part of our order. Never again.

Driver asked about my marital status. How is this appropriate? The food was fine, but it is nobody's business but my own whether I'm married and if I'm eating my dinner with my husband. Not remotely okay.

Awful… ordered £25 worth of food around 2am, couldnt get through to them, apparently it was delivered at 3:30 but no one rang the bell and they just left it outside our apartment building all night. Saw it was left out there 11am this morning - phoned them and I went through all the details and they just tell me to call after 10pm. Asked if I am going to get my money back and the guy just says “I don’t know”. The pizzas didn’t even look good - absolutely terrible. Waste of time and money.

Absolutely awful. Ordered via Uber eats at 12am. It’s 1.11am and STILL waiting. Nobody answers the phone, it’s always busy. Would give 0 starts if I could. Should be closed down.

Pizza go go unfortunately it’s pizza no go when it comes to delivery times so me and a friend decided to partake in some pizza we ordered at 8pm from pizza go go in Hastings they advised delivery at 9pm comes 9;25 I got abit inpatient after calling the restaurant 9 times I got through to a young lady called jasmine credit to her she was polite and apologised and offer free stuff on next delivery, we were advised are order is next to be delivered should be 3 minutes after another 15 I call again, 10 minutes later the food arrives, now already pissed off your hoping for a quality hot pizza and to be fair they delivered was good quality still hot and very nice, this is why they get 3 stars cause the pizza to be fair was good, P.S shout to jasmine for good customer service gathering I wasn’t the only angry customer tonight

This is actually a joke.
We order from these guys every week at least once a week and if we don’t order my brother does it.
Today we ordered two pizzas and we specifically said we DO NOT want beef on one the pizzas. He sent two pizzas that was identical with beef on both and when I called to say send me a pizza with no beef the OWNER said “mate just remove the beef with your hand it’s not hard”.

First of all if it wasn’t hard why didn’t YOU remove it before you sent it ?

Second of all If I order a pizza I want the pizza that I ordered. Not what YOU decided I should have.

Third - if I wanted to touch food with my hand I would have made my own pizza.

Just lost a regular customer.

Btw he dud send me a replacement pizza and took the other one back but his attitude is disgusting.
