"Bad smelling pizza, inedible"

The worst experience today at Bristol branch. Ordered Twin Deal and one of the pizzas arrived with the most worst smell and I could not eat it. Contacted them and they offered £5 voucher (we paid £34!!!) and said there can’t be anything wrong with the pizza as all ingredients fresh. Neither I or my boyfriend could eat that pizza due to the horrible smell what we can only describe as burnt baked beans! We had ordered from them before few times but no more!

"A delivery driver that refuses to get out of his car to deliver"

Unbelievably terrible service, over an hour and 40 mins wait, for then the driver to ring to tell me where he was and to come and get it because he won't get out the car!! Always used pizza go go.. not any more!

"Disgusting Pizzas and Even Worse Management"

The pizzas I received were inedible, and the toppings tasted like they were practically left out in the sweltering heat. The only flavour that I tasted was salt. I then contacted the Battersea branch where i ordered from, and was met with the most vile person who claimed to be the manager. After berating my mother on the phone, he then tried to sweeten it up by offering to send another pizza - which was not wanted. The manager of the Battersea branch honestly needs his head checked, especially after checking the other reviews, and seeing that it wasn't just us he has been disgustingly rude to; others have been met with the same response when told the food wasn't up to proper standards.

Pizza GOGO is very special to me. I have been a customer with them for many years. They were always served the Pizza hot and Fresh. I loved ordering their (Beat the Clock package Deal) which includes the Chicken , Pizza, Garlic bread and Drink. I didn’t even waited for the food delivery that long and the the driver was also very nice too. Keep up the good work of serving and making many people happy . Thank you!

Awful. Late order if it even arrives at all. Tried to call the restaurant but line constantly busy so now way of knowing what is happening.

Only reason we ordered pizza from them was because they had the wait time of 15-30 mins. We called an hour after order was placed and they said it will be another 30 mins. 30 mins later we called and they said another 20 mins. After over 2 hours wait Rather than apologising they were rude and said to cancel the order.
