"Pizza Go Go fail to deliver"

This company could not even bother to deliver my meal and then the delivery driver told just eat who have claimed to have investigated the none delivery that he/she did deliver the meal when in fact they did not. Pizza Go Go still took the money for the meal I did not get and Just Eat are doing nothing to help me get my money back

The workers on the phone they are very rude to the customer,the language they use very bad I was not expecting this from pizza go go after me and my family been ordering pizza from gogo for the past 10 years

past 2 orders forgotten items, spoke to staff said they wrote a note on system, i order tonight my missing items are not seen, rang up pizza gogo they were very slightly aggy and said there is no note and nothing they can do

"Driver refused to come to my frontdoor…"

Driver refused to come to my frontdoor on the first floor of an estate, saying the pizza go go policy is that no deliveries are brought to the froontdoor of anyone living in a flat due to corona. They have to come to the front of the building to collect. As someone who is living alone and injured i was unable to do this so the delivery driver just left with my food. Waited 1 hour and half for nothing and don't even know if i will get a refund. Incredibly poor service. Did not know a policy like this even existed. And delivery driver said he didn't have gloves or a mask on so he had been delivering all day without any protective gear for corona.

First of I would like to say that the staff in store are always friendly, secondly the drivers are quite good as well, the food is always great, on this occasion I had ordered a deal for 3 medium pizzas, I added some mozzarella sticks and chicken,free nachos were added because I spent £34 but unfortunately they were out of stock due to popular demand, however they gave me a free big bottle of drink to compensate. This was a lovely gesture, to summarise food 5/5 delivery 5/5 value 5/5 I would recommend, this review was for the Pizza Go Go Northampton Branch.

"Really bad customer service"

Really bad customer service. I put by mistake the wrong post code. When the delivery guy called me he was so polite and he try to help me. Then I called the shop in richmond and I explain the mistake just for knowing which options I have. Once I spoke with them, the guy at the phone was really really disrespecful, rude and he even didnt give to me any option. He just told me in a really really bad way that I can not have this kind of mistakes and they will not help me at all. Thanks that the delivery driver make us a favour.

Gonna give this an open and honest review and why I have chosen three stars.. Especially as I'm gonna be the first to break the five star streak...

Ordered a variety of items tonight with my partner as driven by this place and did some background research on company first to make sure it wasn't just a run of the mill cheap outlet like so many poor quality places in and around Brighton and Hove..

So how did I feel they faired up...

Pricing for products was good value for money.

My starter being chicken strips was amazingly tasty and worked really well with a McDonald's BBQ dip.. Was kinda surprised they didn't actually come with a dip...

The pizza I ordered was the Chinese style pizza and sounded quite nice, but I found it to be over powered by Tomato Sauce and no actual taste of Chinese style chicken.. The type of cheese used felt, tasted and appeared to be a typical cheap cheese topping for pizzas.. My partner ordered a pepperoni bacon pizza and enjoyed it as well as garlic bread for starters..

Then the desert of cookies..

To be honest open and Frank with the business on the whole.. It's the kind of quality I would expect from a 14 year old learning to cook in Food Technology at secondary school as it was so sweet, all we could taste was endless sugar and every bite the crunchiness consisted of particles of sugar between mouthfuls.. Never actually finished the desert as was not enjoyable..

Maybe with a few tweaks of the recipe used on some items it could be massively improved.. But tonight was ok.. Not great but equally not bad..

"Halal Meat Used"

Another named high street chain that uses Halal meat in its ingredients without highlighting the fact, in store or on the menu. Without having to search through the small print. Most people care about animal welfare and don`t agree with this cruel practice that has no place in the Twenty First century in the name of religion.

I am very disappointed with the lack of poor service I received this evening. I am a regular customer and today pizza go go has really let me down, first of all my pizza came to me after 1 hour and 30 minutes I received the pizzas very hard and ice cold. This was absolutely disgusting when I called the shop and explained the situation the man was very rude and was constantly lying saying that the driver is 2/3minutes away. He then refused to give me the drivers number which I then had to beg for to see where the driver is located,when I called the driver the driver had told me he is going back to the pizza shop which did not make any sense. Overall I will not be ordering from here ever again, they are not professional at all and their service is very poor I do not recommend anyone to order from here.
