I have been to one of there branch with my friend who is vegetarian. The thing we noticed that if you order anything vegetarian or vegan they don't change the gloves and use the same pair, Which already been used to make chicken or meat based pizzas.

Pizza was VERY LATE!!!! It was COLD!!!! It was GREASY!!! There IS ALWAYS A FIRST AND last Time ....this was the LAST time!

Omg 1st time I've got food from here,usually use papas, but this was a friendly service quick professional service, reasonable prices or most of all tottaly delicious 😁

My all time favourite pizza place. Never have a problem, no faults or issues at all. Pizza is always fresh and so tasty, the wedges and mozerella sticks are cooked so well. Deserts even go down a treat if you really fancy it. Will always be my go to pizza place

We've been a customer of the East Barnet branch for years. This ends from now on. We ordered a pizza (vegetarian hot) wings garlic bread with cheese. The order was delivered and me and the wife launched in to it. My wife demolished one slice and I had a bite out of another. My wife said "It's not very hot" we inspected it and could see it had no chillies on it. I phoned the branch and told them and the man on the phone said sorry for getting the order wrong, then said he would cook and send the correct one and for me to give the wrong one to the driver. When he came, I gave him the wrong pizza and told him that a slice was eaten before we realised it was wrong. He said that the manager want's half the money for the new one then. I found this disrespectful and insulting. I told him to take both back and that We will NEVER buy from them again. We have plenty of other options and plenty pizza shops to choose from. I have no problem with the delivery driver as he was great, he just HAD to follow the other guys instructions.

"Really bad customer service"

Really bad customer service. I put by mistake the wrong post code. When the delivery guy called me he was so polite and he try to help me. Then I called the shop in richmond and I explain the mistake just for knowing which options I have. Once I spoke with them, the guy at the phone was really really disrespecful, rude and he even didnt give to me any option. He just told me in a really really bad way that I can not have this kind of mistakes and they will not help me at all. Thanks that the delivery driver make us a favour.

Get physically threatened by the staff when asking for a receipt or hear comments about you, this is the place. I even called the Police.

Contacted their customer services and they actually use 2 businesses in the same location, equally poor customer services. Dodgy company. Reported them to trading standards


P.S: Video evidence of my Deliveroo behavior ? 😂. Sure, ok. What a joke company whoever they are. I invite them to surrender that footage to the Police and trading standard then. Please stay away people.

normally I rate them highly but today we've had our pizza arrive cold, with missing toppings on one and the wrong order (plain not spicy) on the other one, and when we called to address this they immediately told us the order was right without checking, we have since called back again and are getting 1 replacement pizza, which I respect but am also annoyed at as we're still left with one cold half pizza, and cold sides. The customer service was bad. The pizzas are fine.
