Never again will I order from here.
I got 2 large pizzas and collected them, my 12 year old son loves pizza and he took 1 bite and couldn’t eat it, myself and partner was the same, it was dry and burnt. Took them back to the shop and they were rude to me .

Taken to right this due to Unedible food that was made at the Eastbourne store.
following pizza two large pizza orders So bad it was uneatable dry burnt both bases that couldn’t describe it.
Upon taking back was told that there was nothing wrong with them!
Well I said to them two twelve year olds carnt be wrong. As well as myself and partner!
Leaving after one small bite.
Only left one star as the lowest available!
Would not recommend to anybody!

"Long wait , cold food and wrong orders...."

I had ordered pizza gogo even though it was just 15 minutes away from my house because it was late. I had ordered a plain cheese pizza with chicken nuggets whilst ordering I was really hungry since it was 7pm and I hadn’t eaten since 12 so I had high hopes that the pizza would come quick. After waiting an hour and a half I had called pizza gogo to see what was taking so long and they started saying something about that they would come soon and that there were such delays because of complications. So I had waited another 10 minutes until it finally came however what they had given me was not my order they had given me a vegetable pizza and onion rings ( not my order) so I had called the guy who delivered my pizza who was just about to leave and told him that this wasn’t my order however he told me that it was and i had no evidence that it wasn’t my order so I showed him my order and whilst rolling his eyes he said he would come soon. Let me just mention that the delivery guy was just arrogant the whole time rolling his eyes being mean and stuff like that . So I waited another hour at this point it was already 8:40 and finally got the right order but it was cold. Let me just say I’m never ordering from here again let me just stick to Pizza Hut from now on

"ABSOLUTELY APPALLED"

I am absolutely Angry right now. Their service is extremely awful, I have ordered a box of chicken nuggets and chips and a box of mozarella sticks however they have made a wrong item, they gave me curly fries when I asked for mozzarella sticks And it took over 30 minutes they were having difficulties with their facilities. Also the Workers are extremely rude And they have a lack or respect due to When a client was sitting down instead of saying hey! Your order is ready The man that was working there started whistling and put the box on top of his head however the customer didn’t notice, and after a while the customer did and The worker started laughing. I find this extremely rude and I hope gogo pizza Takes some action on this. (Gogo pizza In Coventry)

I just wrote a fair review on this company, few days ago. I got an answer that is very funny: although there’s proof of evidence (all the mails) that I’ve always mentioned Wandsworth in my complaint, the answer claimed that I first mentioned Richmond, which is not only false, but also very inappropriate since a company should never mislead people in public by acting so unfairly.
I understand the frustration of getting so many bad reviews by so many people, but this is crossing the line.

Absolutely awful service from the Hampton Wick branch. Terrible manners, wrong orders and multiple hairs in the pizzas. Incredibly rude and hostile workers.
No point emailing customer service as they don't respond!

Their customer service has got much worse over time. My local branch is Enfield, and I recently had a pizza arrive freezing cold and about 2 hours late. I rang the shop a few times to see what was happening, and each time was assured that it had "left" and was "on its way". Each time, after the ETA had come and gone, I'd ring again and get the same spiel. Finally, when the driver arrived, I asked him when he'd left and the time he gave me was much later than the guy on the phone had claimed he'd left, so this confirmed that someone was lying to me, either the driver or the person back at the shop.

I emailed customer services and have yet to receive a response. This was over a week ago. I checked out their twitter, and this account explicitly states not to bother reaching out to it as it is strictly a banter account. This account also seems to have ready-made sarcastic replies for people who do mistakenly @ them expecting a professional reply. I noticed they also haven't acknowledged a single review, good or bad, here on Trustpilot. At this rate they're quite obvious in not really caring about customer service, and it's a shame because not long ago they were genuinely very good and humble, and I chose them over Pizza Hut or Domino's because their pizzas are nicer and their rapport with customers was much, much better.

i ordered from here and forgot a few pounds the guy started to smash my door and it broke i think he needs mental help the whole door broke over a few pounds i know i am never ordering from here again all of you be careful my kids was very scared this isn’t a lie

"Absolutely Crap takes over and hour to receive your food"

Absolutely poo! takes over and hour to receive your food as well as cold and crusty. Crappy service should have stuck to the usal dominoes! Go go always running late if not have forgotten about your order! Spastics
