They decide that they don’t want to give a free pizza in their buy one get on free deal. They are rude and useless and think they can charge extra for a free pizza? Is it not free???? Hello what the hell? They need help

"DONT ORDER FROM PIZZA GO GO"

I odered an hour and half ago and has only just arrived, I rang the company 3 times to see where my order was. The women on the phone said it’s out for delivery 40 minutes after I ordered. The second time I rang they said that they’ve tried to contact the driver but they got no answer. Finally after an hour and a half of waiting he shows up and when we tried telling him he’s late, he walked off. I rang up again and told them that the pizzas were burned and cold and that I demand a re fund. They said that because I ordered online I’d have to do it online and send the pizzas back. So they expected us to send the pizzas back after an hour and a half of waiting and becoming starved. I rate 1 star for poor service and rudeness

Well it's nice food and it was quick delivery the first time but after that it's been very slow with cold food I would recommend domino's as they are very efficient

I got my pizza last night all seemed ok but 4 of us all developed acute diaherra..I left a review on just eat but it was doctored so I now know just eat reviews are untrue or untrustworthy .

Pizza GoGo used to be so nice but I've just ordered from them for the first time in a while and I won't be ordering from them again food was cold hardly no cheese on the garlic bread and the pizza was disgusting I will not order again from you guys

"Overcooked and pungent taste!"

I ordered Pizza for Tower Bridge, London. The cheese was so dry and tasted like rubber! The bases were over done and I found them chewy. The firecracker chicken wings were a bit burnt and so black liquid /food was found stuck in the metallic box. I couldn’t even eat the garlic bread, no garlic flavour in it, just so dry, felt like I was eating Naan! The Chinese pizza has a bad flavour, it has a pungent taste of aniseed.. We had to dump it.. I have eaten their pizza from another place-Maidenhead and it was good but this was in Tower Bridge (69 Southwark Street) provided us with pizza we couldn’t eat..

"Very disappointed"

Very disappointed. Before I used to like the pizza here but since they got a new manager the pizza barely has anything on top and the dough is dry and flat and not as good as it used to be. Adding on to that the prices have gone up as well even though the quality has gone down.

i used to really like pizza gogo but the past 2 time i have ordered i have had to wait over an hour. this isnt good enough. when i phone up they say the driver hasnt left yet.i dont recommend to anyone. just received my order for this time and it is cold. im utterly disgusted. i wont order from here again!!!

Just received my order, from Swindon branch.Everything nice and hot but the cheese had a very dry taste and texture. Like it's false cheese you see on tv the supermarkets put on theirs.
