Slough branch and the main customer service dept!!!! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!! spent £75 on food for my daughters birthday and got overcharged. Price online for nachos at the store was at £0.99 so ordered 2 and got charged £7.98. When queried was told by their useless customer service that I will get £6 off my next order!!! Who the hell would want to ever order from then again after the food was cold, stale and overpriced!! Even gave the delivery driver a tip as well as being charged over £6 for delivery. Customer service dept promised me £15 back and then changed they’re mind to £6 off my next order from the same store! Vomited and diarrhoea after eating, was so ill. Severely ill to the point 111 called an ambulance. Disgusting and never ever will I order from again.

Sorry but 1 star, no extra tomato sauce base ever gets added to my pizza ever. I always add extra tomato sauce base each time and never gets put on! Customer lost!

2 Fantastic tasty pizzas ordered by phone and collected and lovely staff absolutely great Saturday night takeaway and even better having some left over for breakfast on a Sunday morning thank you 😊

Wish I could give 3.5 ⭐ the main problem with them is the constant change in ownership/management each time a branch gets it perfect new owners/management take over and screw things up or change the pricing in a way which makes me say "well for that price I might as well go domino's"

"What an absolute crap show"

What an absolute crap show! I ordered off umber eats (you can track the order) it said on the app they were still making it, I got a phone call from the delivery guy shouting at me down the phone and swearing at me. He told me he’s been waiting for 30 minutes and he “rang the door bell” I have a ring door bell and it records, he was there for 2 seconds. I answered the door to this horrible nasty little man continuing shouting at me, I’m an 18 year old girl who lives by herself and me made me feel so unsafe. The food was also horrible I couldn’t eat it! Absolutely disgusting! Never again!
