Absolutely horrendous customer service tonight. Was a regular customer but won’t be using again. Woman on the phone unhelpful and rude when we queried where our order was after waiting two hours. Turns out driver had delivered to wrong address yet all she kept saying was ‘driver says he’s delivered it.’ Said our food would be re sent, then phoned to say they didn’t have what we’d ordered and offered a refund once manager returned to shop (!) needless to say, no contact from said manager to process refund. Seems someone on the next road has enjoyed our prepaid delivery tonight! Avoid.

This is a review for pizza gogo gillingham kent. We didn't receive what we ordered and what we did receive was cold and undercooked. Overpriced for the rubbish food we received. Back to dominos for us

Was a regular customer but will give it a miss. Forgot some of the ordered tried and denied it then said the driver was on his way back. Then offered to send it again. Hour and half later called to cancel and get money back and he just started shouting that I wanted them so cannot have a refund wont answer the phone now so just have to leave it. 2 hours later the dumped some cold food on the door step.

If i could post a photo of the state of the pizza i would. I have ordered from them many times before my go to pizza place. I don't know what went so wrong last night. The pizza bass was raw, i called the take away the guy hung up and was very rude! They came to collect the pizza so i made sure i took pictures. Luckily just eat refunded me. Really disappointed! Just ashame as a regular customer it hasn't been put right. Also contactless during a pandemic collecting a pizza is insane.

Ordered pizza's from the bletchley branch for the first time after someone recommend them and that's what my daughter wanted for her birthday treat,the whole family were very pleased with the service and quality.They even said they preferred them to Domino's pizza.
Will definitely use again.

"Madness"

I’m not sure why the management are saying that other reviews are not explaining the problem to rectify, as I called today about my pizza and all I got was rudeness and no care to rectify. We get pizza GoGo once a week. I never complain and am always happy. Today our pizzas were stone cold and dry, old onions that I could barely eat on top. Even the cookies were cold and normally it’s all so hot. Due to isolation I asked them to put in porch.... they tried to tell me I left it in my porch for too long, when in fact we saw the silver car pull up and my son ran down!!! He then said that the driver only took 29 minutes to get to me and to return to the shop. But that was totally irrelevant, my pizza was stone cold and like it had been sitting around. My family own restaurants in Thanet and I can honestly say the customer service I recieved today was shocking. They says they will give me a free pizza next time?? But I wanted the pizza that day!! Not good enough... I said please can I have it today.. he said no we are too busy and hung up on me!! I never moan, but all day today I’ve been mad with how this man dealt with the situation. I will never order from pizza GoGo from now on! I will support my local pizza place and am 100 percent sure that I will recieve a better service. You do no deserve my custom. There is no point a manager trying to respond to me on here, because their actions said it all today! I will be taking this further. How dare you think you can take my money and deliver me such rubbish!! And then not return my money, and not give me food to eat. I have been a good, loyal and happy customer for well over a year!

Normally order from here often and no probs with excellent food. Tonight has been the complete opposite, I ordered my usual order of food chicken strips and chips and my partner ordered some chicken bites, we get the food in 15 minutes and we think it's fast but nothing wrong with that, we take the plastic bag of which our food was wrapped in into the kitchen and open my strips box to find a insect flying about in the box, I found this unacceptable so I called them straight back up and told them about this only to be told in basically lying as Apparently the man who made the order didn't notice anything! Been told they will send the driver to collect the food and give us a refund.

"Expensive and tasteless pizza"

I ordered a chicken feast pizza with extra anchovies on the thin crust. I have had nicer pizzas from the Tesco’s value range at less than a quarter of the price. It arrived on time and hot (hence the two stars not one) but it was flat - like it had been run over. No texture and no taste. If there were anchovies on it, I couldn’t tell. I ate it because it was the only thing I had for dinner but I seriously considered just making some cheese on toast instead and throwing the whole thing in the food recycling. £17 wasted. I won’t order from Pizza GoGo again.
