My flight was canceled and was not informed properly by way of email or call. I found this out a day before I was set to travel. To make matters worse, I called to get a refund and they told me my account was never charged. However, after looking at my bank statement you can clearly see I was charged.

A very unprofessional company that will give you the runaround with long waiting times to talk to anyone. I highly recommend you go to a more reputable company for booking. This will be my first and last time.

Worst travel agency ever. They can cancel your ticket without any notice. Never refund any thing. They will put you on hold like for days and never reply and the number they flash on online site it changes every day. Please save youself never trust them instead by from airline site directly its easy and safe

WARNING to everyone. DO NOT USE this service. I repeat DO NOT USE this service. DO NOT BELIEVE the fake reviews from people such as Keanu Reeves, Piers Morgan, Winona Ryder . These are made up names I'm sure just like the name that the representatives from India makeup when they call themselves Edwin, Marcus and Keith Johnson. Fake names all of them. In short, I made my reservation last night. I never got a confirmation email. Because of that I began to question the validity of the reservation and called where I was given the runaround . I was told I could not cancel even though it's been less than 24 hours. When I insisted that it had been less than 24 hours, also that I had not received the confirmation email, nor had any money been taken from my account yet, I was told that they would cancel but I would have to pay $25 fee. I told them I would not pay a cancellation fee and I wanted all of my money back and asked to speak to a supervisor . . That person never came on the phone. I was told a supervisor was going to call . I ended up calling back since I didn't receive a call and speaking to someone, rehashing the whole situation all over again. That person person hung up on me when I told him I wanted a refund. The third person (after waiting a prolonged period of time again) told me that I would not be getting a refund. I told him I was canceling and would be disputing the charge on my credit card and I wouldn't pay any charges from their company. DO NOT USE this company they're nothing but a scam. Plus, just go to the airlines's company website yourself. These scam artists tacked on about 60 extra dollars onto the price of the Airline ticket. So this is definitely not a place to save money.. And because I also received no confirmation email I'm sure I would have gotten to the reservation counter and found out that I had no reservation like one of the other reviewers. DO NOT USE this company. DO NOT BELIEVE the good reviews. I'm sure they take time and have their fellow scammer employees place FAKE REVIEWS so they can keep this scam going . Nobody should believe that reviewers named Piers Morgan or Keanu Reeves or Winona Ryder took the time to write a legitimate review or even has to use this cheap site to get their plane reservation. Please.

"The worst experience EVER"

The worst experience EVER! I booked a flight for my family, whom I haven't seen in seven years by the way, to fly down for the week. After planning and getting things ready for them to come this week I called just to find out that my reservation had been cancelled weeks ago. I never received an email or a call stating so and my refund had never been put back in my account. Not only did they cancel my reservation without telling me, but I was met with being hung up on over 4 times everytime I called to figure out what happened to my reservations! It wasn't until my husband called and asked for an agent ID before explaining his call that he finally got someone to tell him why it had been cancelled and received our refund! They were seriously going to wait until my family was at the airport to find out it had been cancelled! Worst service ever, do not ever book a flight with them, you will regret it.

If I could rate this a zero, I would!!! I booked my mother in law a flight on June 19, for a funeral, only for the flight never to be booked. Why tell me “congratulations your flight has been booked” only for it never to be booked. Don’t sell something you DON’T HAVE!!!! This website is complete BS!!! And when I called, it was just excuse after excuse, followed by being hung up on.
