"Scam, No Refund"
I booked a flight, and they cancelled my booking. I've been waiting for more than a month for my refund. Total scam. Shame on you. Scamming and living on other people hard earned money. I called them every day, and they didn't give a damn. Every day come up with a different excuse. Such a shame... i spent around CAD900

"Still No full refund for hurricane cancelled flight"
My round trip flight from Florida was canceled due to hurricane Ian and I was sent an email stating I would receive a full refund and that it could take up to one or two billing cycles to show on the credit card. It’s been two billing cycles and still no full refund has been received. I have emailed and phoned several times but still no refund.

"I had booked a flight Oct 10th and…BUYERS BEWARE"
I had booked a flight Oct 10th and realized in american funds when I checked my bank 20 minutes later so cancelled as too expensive. They said I would get refund within 2 billing cycles and after giving a bad review they said they would send me a cheque and I should take down my bad review,. I am still waiting for cheque for the equivalent of $1032.89 Canadian.It is now Jan3rd and I still did not receive money. BIG SCAM.

"Absolute garbage Customer Service"
I was a total fool to use this service. Purchased tickets for my trip to NYC in September. The flight was due to take in early November. I received a booking # but never an E-ticket (which was promised to me once the payment was processed).
I receive an email notification two days before the flight informing me that my flight had been canceled and that an amount would be refunded within 6 to 8 weeks. I called customer service multiple times to see what was going on. After several dropped phone calls, I finally get a hold of someone.
The agent tells me that my flight had been canceled because the price of the ticket had a changed. The booking agent informed me that I could get back on the flight if I paid them the difference ($150 USD more than I had initially paid). I total him this sounded like a scam and I wanted the ticket price that was originally agreed upon. At this point, the agent hung up.
After making numerous calls to customer service again to try to get through (my call had been dropped 10 times!) I gave up and contacted my credit card company as well as the Ministry of consumer affairs. Because they operate outside of Canada my credit card company has been struggling to get a refund for me.
Now 7 weeks later I attempted to call myflightsearch again. I talked to one booking agent, got a few minutes into the conversation, and once again, the call dropped. I called another few times and managed to get a hold of another representative.
I told him at this point I was irate because of all the dropped calls. This agent seemed somewhat sympathetic and sent me an email confirmation that my refund is being processed. However, giving how this company has treated me in the last two months, I'm not holding my breath.
I'll continue the fight and won't stop until I receive my refund. I hope this serves as a warning to not use this company.

"DON'T DO IT!"
DON'T DO IT!! I booked a short flight which would connect to another flight. The second flight was switched so I needed to change this flight. I tried calling and they said they could not help me but told me what to do online. Needless to say that didn't work so I called back and another agent told me to do something else which I did and it literally told me to call them!! I don't know what to do because I have no other options since they won't help me on the phone and online doesn't work!! BTW, I did pay the extra $20 to have the ability to switch. I really, really don't recommend them!!

This company is a scam I book my flight through them for thanksgiving
Day before I fly out they send me a cancellation e-mail for no reason which they had already billed my credit card
So I miss my family thanksgiving and now here a month later and they still haven’t refund my money
They sent me a e-mail stating that they were going to refund me my money back I called no answers I have even e-mail no response

I book a flight on oct 18 2022 they had the wrong date I noticed it 0 minutes after I book by way of email I call cancel the flight 15 minutes after I book they sent me an a mail stating I will be refunded in 21-28days today is the 10 th December haven’t seen it I called many all promises in four days I’ll see no such luck stay away from these bunch of thieves it’s a scam I hope they all catch Covid and die
