If I could give this company a negative star rating I would. This company myflightsearch.com is a fraud and scam company. We have used third party companies before and have never experienced anything like this. My husband and I purchased flights for our family vacation on May 29th for a vacation to Mexico July 8th -15th all the way trough the process our dates were confirmed we received a receipt with a confirmation number and the cost of the flights which was $1919.16 total for 4 round trip airfares. We received our e ticket confirmation on May 30 via email and realized that the tickets were for the wrong dates July 9th-18th. The company changed the booking dates after we purchased them. I called the customer service number in the email and the person I spoke with said that there was no one that could help me with a reservation change and to call back at 9 am the next morning. Of course in this fine print we only had 24 hours to make changes. I called again on May 31st and they said that there was nothing I could do without paying $1400 in transfer fees to them and the airline. They said it was our fault because we purchased a flex flight online and it was non transferable and non refundable. After many calls even speaking with a supervisor John we had no resolve. With people that were from India and you could hardly understand! We then placed a call to AA to talk with them and they said they could not help us because we booked through a third party. We then called my flight search back and where again given the run around a we were before. Lesson learned do you research before using a company this company is a fraud and scam. We have also contacted our credit card and this has been reported as fraud which is still currently under investigation with them. We consequently needed to book through and different airline and we booked it directly through them. Also there website says they are accredited through you and The BBB although when you go to the BBB site it says that this company is suspended because all of the claims against them and there lack of follow up. Beware do not use my flightsearch.com

The customer support agent was very helpful in changing a flight destination. A different flight came up after I had already booked a flight and he was great at helping me get the flight changed and it also saved me money. Thank you so much for the assistance and being so kind.

I was very pleased with my service from Abin. We had to make an emergency flight to CA because my sister is dieing with colon cancer and he was most graceous to assist me in booking. I had never booked my a flight before as I do not fly very often. He helped me be able to book with ease and his service is very appreciated.

"How can this company even exist?"
I was in a hurry and googled United Airlines, looking for a last minute flight to Canada (emergency situation) and it took me directly to this website. I booked 4 flights to Nova Scotia and clicked Submit. I never got a confirmation email so I Kelly caking then to find out why not. I had screenshotted my “reference number” but they told me that the tickets would be issued soon. Four phone calls later, I was frustrated and it showed. I asked a customer service rep to connect me with her supervisor and she said, “I’m hanging up on you. I’m not getting a supervisor.” It turns out that they didn’t issue us tickets because the price went up. I was fuming by the end of this. Please do not use this sorry excuse for a company.

I just found out today, two days before departure, that they cancelled my reservation, as fares went up. NO EMAIL REGARDING CANCELLATION. Call centre unhelpful. I'm sure they deal with this all day long.

I had some pretty stressful misunderstandings with my return flights recently and voiced my concerns to My Flight Search Customer Service department. I was so happy to receive a call-back within 24 hours with an apology, a travel voucher and an assigned booking agent to assist me with future travel plans. Thank you, My Flight Search! We all make mistakes at times, it's how we deal with them and treat our customers that makes the difference between a good company and stellar company. I look forward to my next excursion!

Follow up on my last review....after several calls/complaints and a bad review, I received a call from Victor (Supervisor), who reviewed my situation...Victor, understood my complaint and did a great customer service satisfaction....i didnt get all my money back, but I did get a voucher for my next trip. I appreciate Victor's time and effort. Thanks Victor
