Booked and paid for course to be held on 7 Dec. Heard on 22 Nov the course was oversubscribed and offering me a virtual course instead, an option I immediately rejected. I received an automated reply saying 'aim to get back to you' but to expect a delay. Subsequent e- and voice-mails not replied to. Now trying to obtain a refund.
