There is something inherently bad with the company. It's the process for me. What they negotiated I was able to do myself directly with the collection agency that the lender hired to collect. I regret signing up with Coastal Debt Resolve, because they're a terrible outfit. They they did not do anything different that I ended up doing on my own. Hopefully I can recoup the escrow or they send it to the lender.
