Customer services are a tad on the slow side - they struggled to revise an order for a battery charger before dispatch. The item was returned and payment refunded.

We bought a Pressure washer from this company through Amazon. The product is fine but the service was appalling. In short - they failed to deliver and then refused to organise a refund. If you want the full details read on.
DPD were allocated the delivery but were not given sufficient delivery information from the company so they kept trying to deliver without warning us or giving us the opportunity to reschedule. After a couple of tries DPD returned it to Union Mart but we only found this out by looking on Amazon. No refund was issued and the only option on Amazon seemed to be to reorder so we did that. The same problem started to occur so I eventually worked out how to contact DPD, discovered the problem and the new order was delivered smoothy although, when my account was debited they had charged an extra £10 for the new product.
I then contacted Union Mart (only possible by email - no answer on the phone) who failed to understand the issue, claimed the extra charge was because there had been price increase and did nothing about refunding the first order. I then managed to call Amazon and the refund was organised immediately.
My issue is partly the fact that the initial delivery didn't work but mostly the difficulty of working out how to resolve it and the lack of service from Union Mart in doing so. I was also appalled that the delivery came with an offer of a £5 refund if we left them a 5* review. Isn't this bribery?

"Poor service."

I bought a generator from them which was defective out of the box and it took a legal letter to make them replace it. The replacement was also defective - it burst into flames. I got a refund but the hassle was ridiculous. A letter to the CEO remains unanswered.
I can't recommend this company under any circumstances.

Just bought a Bohmer i2500w generator from them. I am100% please with it , their service and delivery. I would recommend this product to anyone and this company too as they did everything as promised and delivered in two days from order . I have not bought from the before but will use them again if I ever have a need to.

"Misleading rip off"

Product descriptions very misleading. Sold much more inferior product than describe. Awful customer services when dealing with issues and tried to refuse a refund even though they were clearly at fault. AVOID.
