"Great Tech Support"

I just wanted to register my Thanks to Lee & Vicky @ Maxview support, in solving our Teltonika Router connection issue … We visited Maxview in May 2022 and liked the Company/Products. Your tech support and experience is why we bought from Maxview for our ‘Fifth Wheel’, when it was built in late 2022. We have ‘Roam X’ Mobile Internet & a Roof Mounted ‘Connect’ Satellite Dish for Sky Q, which works well in the EU … You have provided an excellent support service ….. Thanks.

"Excellent service and advice."

Excellent service and advice. Had an issue with seeker system not locking onto signal. Initial phone calls answered with advice on how to check system until finally sending back hardware for checking. Turnaround in 2days and issue solved.
Truly professional organisation and staff.

"Well done Maxview, poor show teltonka"

The initial unit has had a huge amount of issues, but the Maxview team have been relentless in making sure the issue is resolved and now sending a new router, would I buy another? The simple answer is no, as many of the issues evolve from the software by Teltonka rather than Maxview. I take my hat off to the Maxview staff for their persistence. Thank you

"Excellent service again from the…"

Excellent service again from the support team at Maxview. Had our motorised motorhome system go wrong last year. Conversations on the phone over what could be the issue and it was agreed to send the unit back to be inspected. They fixed it and returned it to me in less than five days at a very reasonable price. Just had to do an update to find a new sat position and again very helpful via email. So good to deal with real people and a quality British made product that they support. 10/10 Thank you Maxview support team. As I was told many years ago... "sales sell the first one and service sells everyone thereafter".

"Maxview Signal Booster"

The maxview aerial booster fitted to our Motorhome lost power whilst on site. We rang customer service to get advice and established the unit had failed. After supplying our details a new replacement unit was sent out by courier the next day at no charge. If other companies had such a first class work ethic as this, as displayed by Vicky, life would be a lot easier.
A very satisfied customer .

"This company is second to none for…"

This company is second to none for customer service and support. We had a problem with our control box for our sky q target system and after I sent it down to them, they had it looked at, all sorted out and straight back in the post to us the same day. Vicky in customer support kept us updated all the way and made the whole experience a joy! Thanks Maxview for all your help.

Advice and help was 1st class when my Seeker Satellite System stopped working, it is quite old.
However advice re dismantling and shipping held was readily given.
The device was returned for repair and was returned the following day.
