The cost of the washing machine was among the best available from the retailers who sell this model, and I was pleased to get a special offer to take away my old appliance for free. Comms were very good throughout the process. Delivery was great (it came within the time frame notified) - the team (Baz & Costa) were friendly, cheeful and very helpful. I was impressed all round with Marks Electrical.

Jag and Sulky have just made a quick and efficient delivery to us, we are very pleased as we were updated the night prior to the delivery of a time window, on the day of the delivery we had an update on the delivery time by text and then a call five minutes prior to the delivery letting us know they would arrive shortly, once they arrived they unloaded and passed over our delivery and were polite and friendly. You couldn’t better the service in our opinion
