I have no idea what one person who was meant to be managing my account did as I never had any communication with her.

The other issue was I was told that EVERYTHING was included in the registration process, however, everything was never defined which led to a little disappointment that VAT registration is extra. This everything needs to be defined and what is excluded should be defined also. Then there is no room for any misunderstandings.

However, the whole process was managed well and the only delays were from my side. I will use EEG again happily.
