I was their client for 3 years. First of all they are at the top of prices. Meaning they are high. Very expensive.
Secondly, they tried to improve and implemented a CRM system which then, they were not able to properly manage. I got messages supposedly from my contact, but from a "no-reply" email account which makes replying to them inconvenient. I mentioned the issue, they didn't change it.
Third, they started growing their staff structure and at a point, for a single service, I was approached by 4 different people, and I had to explain everything to all 4 of them. The account manager, The collection (who manages the invoices) manager, the assistant to the account manager and someone else. This is ridiculous for a renewal license process.

On top of that, the owner can be arrogant. He seems nice at the beginning, then he is not able to take feedback and faces you with his confrontational style. Afterwards, he did offer me some adjustments on the pricing for one of the required procedures, however.

When I said their prices are the highest, just think of a 2400 dollars from them, compared to a 750 dollars from the competition. Ridiculous.

UPDATE: After I submitted this review, they asked Trustpilot to remove it arguing the period of our professional relationship dated longer than a year ago being this incorrect. I received their last invoice 6 months prior to the first time I submitted this review. After they lost that cheating argument, and my review was again approved by Trustpilot, they asked to the Trustpilot management to remove it again because I mentioned the name (without Surname) of some member of the team. So, they are trying to hide my opinion which is fair and accurate. I had rated them 3 stars first because of course they are very capable to provide the services they offer, however, the professional - one to one touch, and as I mentioned their internal organisation is not good, aside from the pricing point. Now, after the trickery approach they took handling this simple review, they deserved just 2 stars from me.
