The lady I worked with was very nice, however the 'back-seat' listener lady came on abruptly and cut off her own employee to talk to me; which she was extremely rude with her tone.

The instructions for taking this test was 10 pages long. And that's just to log on! It only added to the stress of taking the test. Once the proctor was involved and everything got rolling, I was much more confident. Until I started taking the test. The grouped questions were slow to load and there was a lag to the controls and mouse. I passed, but barely. If the controls were faster, I would have gotten a better score. I assure you that I have plenty of bandwidth to work with and that was not the issue. While studying - practice for speed.

The porter was very nice and helpful . Someone needs to tell certiport you can take the exam remotely if you have office 365. They are telling customers you have to take it in person . They are wrong . Your company is great

The process was very easy. The proctor was so nice and patient. We had an issue with my anti virus software but a trouble shooter was on the line quickly and walked me through what I needed to do to fix it and then I was off to the races. Getting results so quickly put my mind at ease.
