Unethical business, dude is a resseller and asking for 5 star reviews

So I signup for WordPress hosting at pakchamp, and the hosting quality is satisfactory. The support is usually not responsive, and when they do, they do not know how to fix issues quickly.
I signed for pack camp after ready their reviews on Trustpilot, but when I signed up on their website, I received a notification saying that they would give me free platform credit and free service if I wrote a five-star review about how they have got these all reviews.

Beware...they might deliver hosting, but they are resellers, and their business model is quite unethical.

Edit: 1) Thanks for publically posting my email address. I use Firefox Relay to mask my actual one so that people like you can't sell it to spam me. This is my real email address as it forwards to my inbox.

According to your privacy policy, "We do not offer for sale, share or lease any information given to us by an individual or entity subject to this privacy policy,"

But you share my email address publically. You don't even honor your own words.

2) The website owner, Hanif, has changed the notification now and is just asking for a review (removed 5-star request).

"Terrible experience!!"

Terrible experience!!! Don't even think of paying them, or you will beg for service. They don't pick up calls (03000 701930 and 04235942496), bother not to respond to WhatsApp, and worse off, they don't provide the service they paid for 6 weeks ago. They are a bunch of non-technical people. Choose them if you have plenty of time to waste and much patience!. invoice Invoice #11222095,

The worst Company i have deal with. On the website they claim support for 24/7.

My hosting was down on Saturday. I call them but no response till monday and say Saturday and Sunday are our holiday even for support too.

They don't bother even if the hosting goes down. In support They don't pick the call, even don't reply on Tickets.

MY HOSTING WAS DOWN FOR 6 DAYS THEN AFTER 3 DAYS AGAIN DOWN FOR 3 DAYS BUT THEY DON'T EVEN BOTHER.

one of the worst experiance that I could have with a hosting company. No support, even there servers dont work. No support provided of what so ever. even if you create tickets they will mark them as closed. Wasted my money.
