Dear PAK CHAMP SOFT (PVT) LTD,
I hope this message finds you well. My name is Kamran Fareed, and I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the services I recently purchased from PAKCHAMP. As recent experience, not recommended to purchase any services from here. I am stuck here having 3 Domain / 2 Hosting Plan / 3 other client package now shifting to any better services.
Approximately 3 weeks ago, I availed myself of your reseller hosting services. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory, and I find it necessary to bring a few critical issues to your attention.
First and foremost, the primary concern revolves around the lack of support and responsiveness from your end. Despite reaching out through multiple channels, including calls and ticket queries, I have been unable to obtain any form of assistance or resolution to the issues I am facing.
For the past three weeks, my concerns have gone unanswered, and the support team seems to be unresponsive. Calls go unanswered, and ticket queries are replied to only after an excessive 48-hour delay. This prolonged delay in communication has left me feeling neglected as a customer, which is highly disappointing considering the 24/7 support commitment mentioned during the service purchase.
Moreover, the services I was promised, such as 99% uptime, have not been met. The lack of reliability in the provided services is not only inconvenient but also contradictory to the assurances made during the purchase process.
Regrettably, due to the unresolved issues and the apparent lack of support, I have had no choice but to cancel the services. However, it is disheartening to note that there is a no-refund policy in place, leaving me with a sense of financial loss in addition to the poor service experience.
I am reaching out through this platform with the hope that my concerns will be addressed promptly, and a resolution to the issues faced will be provided. As a customer, I believe in transparency and accountability, and I trust that PAKCHAMP values its customers enough to rectify the situation.
