"Received, but waited long"

Gave a 2-star rating because I did receive my order. Ordered on the fourth of December 2023, received by order on 19th of Feb 2024. I ordered a red violin and received a blue one.

They need to mention on their site that they ship from China, the website makes it seem that the stock is in South Africa. They also make use of sea freight, which takes a lot longer.

"Never ever before this low a sevice level."

I do not think I have ever been treated as badly since E Comerce started out.
40 days later no delivery.
Phone contact custermer care, first message - ESTIMATED HOLD TIME 27 MINUTES. How is it possible that a business finds this even remotely acceptable ?
After 31 minutes the tells you 21minutes hold time. So 52 minutes on hold. Lovely custermer service Lovely indeed.

"The most unreliable store"

I placed an order and paid through their Capitec link. Now they can't find the order, my name and although they found the payment, they cannot link it to an order, my name or a product. I ordered a dementia clock that I urgently need for an elderly lady. Initially they emailed me back with all the above denials, but now they don't even respond. Tried to phone but waiting time is over an hour. Sharlatans!

"I ordered a well pump 7 days ago and…"

I ordered a well pump 7 days ago and have not yet received it. Tracking number says the parcel was delivered to an unknown address. I tried calling and waited indefinitely in a queue. Is this a scam? Worst service ever.

"Change the name of this "online store "…"

Change the name of this "online store " to Unreliable Store. They take you money with assuring prompt delivery. I am waiting since December 2023 for delivery of my parcel. Primrose must change her name to Promises. I don't know how long it will take to reimburse my order. Don't waste money and time on Unreliable Store

"WORST place ever"

WORST place ever! They take your money and don't deliver. They do not even have the decency to respond to your emails. It's been a month since I made my purchase and I still have not received it nor did I receive any communication from them. DON'T waste your time and money at this place!

"I placed an order on 23 November 2023…."

I placed an order on 23 November 2023….
I was then informed on the 30th of November that my order would take 21 business days…..

I could not wait that long, needless to say I requested a cancellation of my order which I emailed about on the 30th November….. explaining that no where on their website and whilst ordering did it state that it would take 3 weeks etc.

After numerous phone calls (they never answer or the call centre person cannot actually assist with this query)

I eventually got an email response on the 12th of December from the team leader Primrose, saying she will help me etc. I follow all the steps she requested - I then called again on the 18th of December and I was asked to send through a confirmation of bank account etc. I was informed it would take 7 - 10 business day for my refund…. I have emailed again on the 8th of January and here I am again 22 January- still no refund, still no answer. So no a really bad experience- I’m not even sure if they are actually legit - I just don’t know 🤷‍♀️ but I do want my refund…

"Seat covers"

I Have order seat covers for my bus ,last year, This email is to confirm your order on 10/04/2023
i received it a 11/01/2024.
And its the wrong cover ,they send me cover for a bakkie and not a ford transit bus. The more i send mails and tell them its wrong the more they mail me back and say the parcel have been delivered ,they can understand that what i received is not the correct stuff , please people don't buy from them you will be so disappointed , and their service is the worst take take weeks to replay ,i just want my money back and the can take their stuff

"Worst online store ever"

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Reliable Store.
Urgent Medical Need Unmet I ordered an infra-red therapy light from Reliable Store due to urgent medical needs. The importance of receiving this product promptly cannot be overstated, as it was essential for my health and wellbeing.
Delay in Delivery It has been ten days since I placed my order, and to my dismay, the product has not yet been delivered. This delay is unacceptable, especially given the urgency of my situation.
Lack of Communication My attempts to reach out to Reliable Store have been met with silence. I have sent multiple emails seeking updates on my order, but there has been no response. This lack of communication is deeply frustrating and unprofessional.
Excessive Hold Times on Calls In addition to the non-responsive emails, I have also tried to contact them by phone. Each time, I was left on hold for over an hour, which is an unreasonable amount of time to wait for customer service.
Conclusion Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Reliable Store. The delay in delivery, especially for a medically urgent item, combined with their poor communication, reflects a serious lack of commitment to customer service. This experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing.
Recommendation I would advise potential customers to seek alternative providers who are more reliable and responsive, particularly when it comes to important medical equipment.

"Vodacom and MBD sacam"

Vodacom had "handed" my account over to MBD for failing to pay contracts I had not in the first instance agreed to (another story there, essentially a Vodacom telemarketer signed me up to a package without my consent, Vodacom still denies and I heard the consultant was fired). Now I am requesting the statements of account for the payments I am making and I have been sent from pillar to post. first, MBD claims that they are unable to generate the statements and that is Vodacom's purview, then Vodacom claims they must get the statements from MBD. It has been over 7 days since I requested the statement. What's worse, is that when I called Vodacom legal a lady by the name of Nicole treated me with some contempt and laughed at me for requesting the statement on 18 January 2024. Vodacom and MBD I belive they are complicit in this
