Brilliant Africa were amazing from the initial trip planning, to arranging a spectacular trip to making sure the whole 10 days went very smoothly.

We moved around quite a lot and had people join at different parts of the trip and it was handled seamlessly.

We were a large group and had 3 generations of people in the group and everyone had the best time.

Amazing service start to finish. I chose Brilliant Africa because they were able to provide me with a tailor made, well-priced trip. The entire experience was top notch. Every lodge and camp was perfect for us. Our guide was amazing. We experienced so much during our week in the southern Serengeti and in Zanzibar. Brilliant Africa answered all of our questions and concerns quickly. I felt like I was working with a friend to handle my trip. We had flight issues and the team quickly handled our itinerary change. I hope to make another trip to northern Serengeti someday soon and will definitely use Brilliant Africa.

I really appreciated how quickly Tracy responded to our very initial inquiry. She then followed up and we customized the itinerary based on her recommendations. We are so happy with every aspect of how our holiday turned out. Everything was carried out to perfection, from the airport pick-ups, to the surprise breakfasts organized by Alyson and Tracy, to the hotel staff knowing about our food preferences. Alyson was very helpful with all our questions leading up to the trip. We hope to work with Brilliant Africa again!

"‘Brilliant’ Kenya Experience"

We’ve been fortunate to have experienced a number of different safaris in Africa but this was our first trip to Kenya and ‘Brilliant Africa’ came up trumps all round. We are both in our 70’s and really enjoy wildlife viewing and photography. From my first contact with Marc I was impressed. He helped us plan a wonderful 3 centred trip which came together perfectly making it such a relaxing experience. The only minor hiccup came at one accommodation but it was quickly sorted by Marc’s local team and we were immediately upgraded. The guides were all very knowledgable and added much to our Safari experience. We would highly recommend Brilliant Africa and wouldn’t hesitate booking with them again.
