Very good screen, good manufacturing.
I'm very happy with this 110" ALR ascending screen, it matches very well with my Epson EH-TW9400.
James the salesman is very helpful and usually responds as quickly as possible.

I ordered an ultra short throw projector from Phoenix Projectors a few months back and their customer servie was excellent. Not only was the product they provided of excellent quality but the customer service was outstanding. I originally went to purchase through the UK site and instead of letting me incur the import charges they gave me help in sourcing the same product through one of their EU stores. After a few messages and recommendations I ordered through their Spain Amazon store. In the end they cut hundreds of euro of the final price through good customer service.

Despite a broken device after just 1 week, PP-AV send me in the next days a spare brand new product even before they got mine and took into their responsibility all costs.

By far, one of the best sellers I’ve dealt with. After receiving the Formovie Theater projector I realized it was not going to work for my specific setup, It turns out this unit is designed to be used as a desktop setup not ceiling mounted, the problem comes from the Bowers & Wilkins speakers are not optimized for a ceiling mount. and of course, there is nothing on the Formovie website mentioning this problem.
After contacting Phoenixprojectors-av, James at responded immediately to my questions even on weekends. Once I decided to return the unit, the whole process was seamless, and I got reimbursed right away. Bravo James at phoenixAV I Wish all sellers were as thorough and reliable as you.

Brought a Formovie projector in 2022 and arrived very quickly. The projector did develop a fault, PPAV were really quick to respond and replaced it within a week. Really helpful and very responsive. Recommended!
