They overcame obstacles that arose through no fault of there own, kept me in the loop and explained everything really well, the most friendly team I’ve ever dealt with and nothing was to much trouble when I had questions to ask.

Had an issue with our gearbox, Service 4 Service collected and repaired our car hassle-free. Competitively priced compared to other, much higher quotes. Communications was professional and kept us informed throughout. Car now drives perfectly.

"AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS."

Honestly the worst company I have ever used for the repair of my gearbox. I was initially told on the phone when booking in that I would have the vehicle back within 2 weeks The initial call was the 12th of February at the time I made them aware we live in a small village with no access to public transport and have multiple appointments at the hospital that I cannot miss and 2 weeks would be the max I could be without a car, and was assured the car would be back within 2 weeks of leaving. I did not receive my car back until 5 weeks later, the 26th of March. They were due to collect the vehicle on a date agreed (17th of Feb) they never turned up and never called to say they weren't coming until I called in the afternoon to ask for an ETA to be told they weren't coming and when I asked what date they would be arriving I was told either a Monday the 19th or Tuesday the 20th, they weren't sure until I had to explain I could not take a further 2 days (3 days in total) to wait for them to arrive to give them the key, after being huffed at down the phone they confirmed they would collect it on Monday the 19th of February. They charged me for recovery but drove my car over 40 miles back to my address without telling me, the person looking after my vehicle didn't even know it had been driven back and "assumed" it was being recovered until further investigation was carried out. An additional 100 miles was added to my mileage upon return and they cannot tell my this was. They disconnected my dash cams and left rubbish in my car upon return. They are awful at communication, you speak to one person and the delay is due to parts. You speak to another and the delay is due to the warranty company. They told me the parts were ordered on one date yet when I spoke to another person they advised the parts hadn't been ordered yet. You have to call them for updates as they do not keep you up to date with steps of the progress. I was told 3 different dates my vehicle would be delivered back, each time the date came and went with a further excuse as to why it wasn't ready. When setting up a complaint and wanting responses in writing they call you and try and discredit your complaint and try and justify their actions and make out the complaint is not warrant when I have had legal advice to say it very much is. Lastly they will not respond to any emails regarding the complaint set up in hopes it will go away after one initial poor response which didn't even outline all the issues I have raised with them and being told "We paid you the money back for your fuel we used" WHICH THEY STOLE AS I NEVER AGREED FOE SOMEONE TO DRIVE MY VEHICLE AS I HAD PAID THE RECOVERY. Within the complaint I have asked them to listen to their recorded calls to show they have lied multiple times regarding updates and various peoples attitude on the phone and they will not listen to them, even though this should be part of the process of dealing with a complaint. But quick enough to take my money, they say they offer finance on large bills but this was never offered we just got sent the bill with a link to pay the whole balance in full. The car now makes a noise when changing gear but not even worth going back to them due to the various issues before I will happily pay a reliable company to fix their mistake. If you need reliability. I wasn't ever going to leave a review if I was taken seriously with regards to my complaint and the lack of communication I am still receiving I feel others need to know what they're expecting when using this company.

"Excellent service from start to finish"

My car suffered a major gearbox failure and I booked it in with Service4service as a local transmission specialist. From the get go I received stand out customer service from Pete Rozario and his team. I had a warranty on the car which S4S and Pete handled completely once I passed the paperwork over. The whole process was explained to me in full and they were up front about costs and timescale from the get go. I received regular updates from Pete during the works and he was always available to answer any queries I had. Really felt like he was there to help me. The car has been returned to me and is now running good as new. Would recommend Pete and S4S to anyone with similar car troubles in the future.

"I had a problem with my CVT gearbox"

I had a problem with my CVT gearbox, after taking it to few garages which was unsuccessful. service4service took my car and did a brilliant job even though my engine management light came after wards still they took my car again on there recovery truck free of charge and fixed the fault and returned my car safely free of delivery.
Thanks to JON WOODS who dealt this situation very professionally and I really appreciated it. My car is driving in perfect condition. Again thanks to service 4service and Jon woods.

"After my car being in two garages that…"

After my car being in two garages that was unsuccessful in fixing my car I come across this company, from the very start they was so so helpful, they took so much care with my car and kept me up to date on every little thing that was done and needed doing! I thought they was very honest and very kind and took my needs for the car into consideration. They collected my broken car from an hour away and was willing to deliver it back to me once fixed! Since having my car back they have contacted me take sure all is good, I also got 12 months warranty after they fixed the issues....I can not recommend this company enough, if I ever need anything done on my car this is the only company I'd take my car to I'm so so happy with their work and their customer service is unbelievably amazing! Thank you so much for all the teams' help 😀😀
