"Stay away from InTouch Telecoms"
I was sold a Samsung s20fe by InTouch Telecoms on Amazon on the 10th June,2022. It was delivered on the 17th June,2022.
The phone ceased working approximately 4 weeks later. Contacted InTouch Telecoms. When I contacted said company they sent me a link to Samsung UK to organise a pick up and repair. They stated that the phone was covered under guarantee scheme.Unfortunately the IMEI number was not valid. This worried me so I contacted Amazon who redirected me to InTouch Telecoms. They again sent a link to Samsung UK. I eventually got to chat to a representative from Samsung and they arranged for the phone to be picked up by FonFix. After having it a day they returned it to me stating that the phone emanated from the United Arab Emirates and was not covered by the Samsung EU Warranty. It turns out that this is in fact true. The phone would have had to have originated from inside Europe for the warranty to be valid.
I contacted InTouch Telecoms and they said they would send a courier to pick it up and that the phone was covered by “their warranty”. Courier never arrived and they stopped responding to me. Got back on to Amazon and InTouch Telecoms contacted me and asked me to post it back and they would reimburse me for the postage. I packaged it up and went to the post office and they refused to take it as it contained a battery.
Got back on to InTouch Telecoms and they were disbelieving and stated that they posted phones all the time without any issue.
They then said they would send me a label for a courier. That was the last I heard from them.
The question has to be asked as to why they are selling phones within Europe that aren’t covered by a warranty.
The second question is what exactly Amazon are doing with this seller on their site.
The third question is how come Amazon refuse to interact with me regarding this matter and keep referring back to a company that has no intention of sorting this problem.
I am currently going through the process of a charge back on my credit card.
My advice would be to run a mile from InTouch Telecoms and Amazon.

Ordered a phone, Wrong one came, sent back,
They then asked for £40 to accept the phone back before they would send the correct one.as the box had been opened.
Sent them an extra £40. the acknowledged, the fee had arrived and promised to send the correct one. I waited and waited.
It never arrived
took over 3 weeks to get a refund for the phone
but not the extra £40
