It is rare that my mechanic and I can reach reach anyone at JBugs. Often the chat function is not available. Today I reached a rep through Chat, but it seemed the rep was just regurgitating Web site information. If my preferred vendor in Maryland had had what I needed I would have ordered though them. I hope I do not have to order through JBugs in the future.
