The product is not the issue, it's the return policy. The restocking fee? That's crazy and is why other companies benefit. When I first started buying from your company some items were not the right parts. Some were in my error and take responsibility however instead of making it easy for the customer it was not comfortable to know a mistake would be more costly. For this is why I rated a only three star.

"New replacement carb"

Bought a new replacement carb. Could not get it to adjust and idle on a cold start. Would hesitate and surge at idle after warm up. Ended up having to rebuild old carb. NOT worth the stress and costs.

"After market VW pop-out windows not worth the price"

Not JBugs fault but the first pop-out window order was lost. The first call I made to JB I felt like CS blew me off blaming the weather. Finally after several more days and calls and getting FedEx involved they decided it was lost and sent a new set of pop-out windows. When the box arrived it had all the loose window parts floating around in the box. Upon inspection the chrome was damaged on the left window and the glass was scratched in multiple places not to mention the rubber seal was out of the channel. The rubber was fixable but sent it all back and installed fixed glass. VERY poor packaging. I went with the original fixed glass because the pop-out window rubber did not fit well with gaps all around. Don't waist your money. It's an expensive option that really wont fit well in a car with holes already drilled. I was not willing to elongate holes in a rust free car. For over $500.00 I think they should be a way better quality and JB should rethink the packaging. Free shipping was reflected in their packing with everything I have bought. Call tag on Monday...

You guys shouldn't use trust pilot. It's the most corrupt company. They don't take down negative reviews, accept bribes from companies, and have AI as all their service department so you never get an actual answer.

When I order parts from Jbugs I don't worry about the quality. I've ordered parts for a 67 sedan ground up resto, a 70 dune buggy suspension rebuild and a 72 sedan ground up resto and the parts are always top quality.
