Overall, very good product range and in most instances customer service is also very good. Most products are well wrapped and dispatched quickly, as well. Where I find JBUGS less than 'very good' is on prices of many items offered. An example is ordinary upholstery grade burlap (for seat restorations), which at JBUGs is priced at roughly TWICE what an reputable auto upholstery competitor was advertising the same quality burlap at. That is, simply stated, unacceptable. [This, despite the frequent blitz of JBUGS 'sales' advertising on 'selected items.' ] Competition is the basic lifeblood of ALL American businesses, from a consumer point of view, and prices should be no exception.
