I am part way through a Level 3 Senior Financial Services Customer Adviser apprenticeship, my coach Lynne has been fantastic throughout. The learning helps me in my current role and stretches me for future career progression.

I have now completed my Customer service Specialist Lvl 3 Apprenticeship and i achieved a distinction, A big shoutout to Emma! I feel that Emmas support has helped me both in my professional career and with my own personal growth. Babington as a whole were very clear all the way through and ran sessions to help us achieve the highest grades. A highlight of the apprenticeship was the trainer coming into my place of work, seeing my job role and helping the group come up with ideas of evidence for the portfolio part of the end point assessment.

My skills coach was Geoff Sexton. I found working with Geoff over the 12 months I was on my apprenticeship very helpful. Geoff was very supportive and I always felt comfortable asking him for help if I wasn't sure on something.
