Just want to say a massive THANK YOU to my coach Lucy Antony at Babington. She was so supportive throughout my L3 Business Administrator apprenticeship and I couldn't have achieved my distinction result without her. She went above and beyond and was always on the other side of the computer whenever I needed. Nothing was ever too much and I am so grateful I was given such an amazing coach.

"Risk Management workshop 1"

Great workshop delivered by Ian Simpson on risk management. It was very informative and Ian also included team building exercises to make it fun learning.

Last day with my trainer today (Emma Smith). Ready for EPA, wanted to say thankyou to all the team at Babington, Emma and my previous coaches. Always very helpful when i needed assistance. Great organisation as an entirety. Learning is always made easier when you have fantastic support/coaches.

What can i say other than outstanding service from my coach Lisa. Over and beyond my expectations. During my apprenticeship i had alot of life changing events happen in my life and Lisa made me feel supported and capable of finishing my apprentiship. Knowing i have been able to finish on track and strive through these expernces feels great. Babington in general are great giving me the oppotunity of a lifetime, letting me gain knowledge and skills that will stick with me forever. I truely appreciate the support especially to Lisa. My skills coach, Lisa, was very supportive and helpful throughout the entire apprenticeship beginning to end. I achieved much more than I thought I would before joining the programme. I could not have achieved what I have done without Lisa. Great thanks and Lisa was excellent!!!

Great experience working with the individuals. I had two trainers on my journey, Emma Smith and Holly Leggott. They were both very lovely and helpful.

"Really good experience "

My skills coach Donna Rahelly was an integral part of my success in this apprenticeship. I was well supported from beginning to end and knew she was just an email away if I ever needed help with anything.
Donna allowed me to catch up on my assignments whenever I fell behind or got caught up with my 9-5 and this took the pressure away and allowed me to fully focus and prioritise on my work tasks and have the protected time to submit my assignments a few days after the due date.
From the moment I met with Donna over a support call she always saw my potential and believed in me and consistently affirmed me. She believed I would get a distinction before I did!
I felt adequately prepared for my EPA because of Donna and the support sessions and learning material that she provided me with.
Overall, the learning platform BUD and the virtual classrooms held throughout the duration of my apprenticeship were beneficial. It was in the virtual classrooms where I felt supported by seeing and talking to other apprentices just like myself who were going through the same journey as me.

My skills coach, Lisa, was so supportive throughout the entire process. I completed the business administration L3 apprenticeship, which was a lot of work - I couldn't have done it without the encouragement and support I'd received from Lisa, especially when submissions were late due to heavy workloads/illness. I've achieved so much more than I thought I could through this experience, I'm very thankful to Babington and Lisa.

The experience was really good and helpful. My trainer fully explained everything and ensured everyone was aware of what they’re learning
