Avoid this company at all cost! No knowledge about holidays and looking out juts to make money at consumer’s expense. Booked a holiday to US and was a disaster from the right until the end. I am also still awaiting a refund and money I’ve paid on un used flights. They left me stranded alone abroad and lied saying the contacted the hotel which they did not. They speak broken English and difficult to understand what they are saying and using “fake British names” the hotels they picked were dirty and out of no where!! Not even a shop near to get water!!! I believe family and friends made false feedback.

Both times of booking she helped by finding the perfect ideal holiday to suit us as a family with various ages and what each wanted out of our holiday . Last night I paid a deposit and now have a suitable payment plan . Rochelle went above and beyond to make it perfect in every way . We are looking forward to our 2025 holiday with world holiday vibes .
