"Everything was amazing except the…"

Everything was amazing except the transfer was very poor. Sent taxi for 12 passengers and forgot we had 12 suitcases and 12 hold-alls. Wasted 3 hours to sort this out without any internet or phones to connect to Dubai network. The drivers did come to an understanding but the manager did not. Loved the hotel and Safari. Will I use you again. Yes.

And true to his word he has made it all a simple journey. Even when off his colleague Daniel took on seemingly helping and advising me. Making sure they were able to accomodate all my changes etc. I am looking forward to have a lively 60th Birthday with my friends. This will be a life time experience. I hope the company delivers what has been promised.
