I made my Booking to Japan with Lewis. He was quick to provide me with an Itinerary and offered to make any changes that we wanted. We spent some time getting the best flights for us and making the deposit was nice and simple.
Then I realised that my children's High School had changed their Easter Holiday Dates. I was worried that the ammendments couldn't be made, but Lewis was so helpful and put my mind at ease that we could make something work. He found several alternatives that were perfectly acceptable, but didn't quite work. In the end we booked flights that were available from closer to home. They only cost a little extra per person, bit as a family decided that after paying for fuel, parking and accommodation in the UK either side of the trip, it was a much better option for us.
Lewis was patient, helpful and professional throughout. This is definitely the best online booking experience I have had.
