The Trademark Company does great work at even better prices. They make protecting your brand quick and easy. I have filed two trademarks with them and each time it was quick and easy.

This place is an absolutely scam. Stay away. They took my $200 for a trademark over a year ago, and still have not filed or done anything. Worst company I have ever dealt with - no emails, no phone calls, nothing.

I will be contacting my CC to get my money back.

**Update, 04/12/2021, The PTO has suspended the application because the response to the Office Action failed to address 2 existing trademark conflicts. This company did not do what they were paid to do and did not address the office action correctly. I sent this company many emails and the last one was on 08/20/2020 asking them why they did not respond correctly and have never heard from them, until I wrote this review. I told Ian that on 08/21/2021 I was having cancer surgery and I will not be able to do anything with this for awhile. But I never heard from them anyway. Before the dead line came. I emailed 20 times with no response and this started back in May 2020. I also called them once or twice a week and left message. When I did finally talk to Ian he told me that the dead line date was way later in the year and we had plenty of time. I am glad that I looked to see the correct date because we would have missed it. The only way I was able to get ahold of them, to get the response in on time, was to go to there office and knock on the door. After I wrote this review they called me and tried to tell me that I was wrong about the process and they did what they were paid to do. Then told me that they would handle any other office actions that come up but for them to do that I would have to take down this review. If things change I will change this review. When it comes down to it they did not follow up with me and did not file the response correctly and I have all the email and phone logs to prove it.

One of most unprofessional companies I have ever worked with. They couldn’t even respond to a simple office action. After they messed up and sent in the wrong response, on the deadline date by the way, I couldn’t get a hold of them to discuss what was going on. Paid them everything they asked for and they still didn’t do their job. They started off good then went down hill fast. I left many voicemails, sent many emails and nobody would get back to me. Don’t use this company, go to someone else.

Made a huge error by not going with my gut feeling. This is completely on me for not having my ears perked up when the first hint of what these people are made up. Brett first told me there will be a charge of 100, later the cost went up to 49.00 dollars more. Which isn't much, but certainly would have like to be told in advance. Ok, then for whatever reason, he tells me I need to pay 200 for how I filed my trademark. Why didn't he mentions this in our first conversation? I get the feeling these people don't know what they're doing! This let me feel at odds and lost all trust in this so-called firm. I immediately felt there was going to be another cost for how the Trademark was being filled. Don't tell me it's going to be 100, then an extra 49, and the 200 dollars. Naturally was suspect of their actions. All this should have been mentioned early on not after I paid. It crushes any trust, the last time I heard from him was mid-Jan-21, they got my 149 dollars why should reach out to me. As my pending deadline was approaching. I emailed them about getting the 200 dollars to them so we can finish the nightmare of a process. I receive what looks like an automated response saying that Brett is out of town, or on vacation and if I need to get in contact to reach his buddy.
I reach out to him, and he comes back that my filing date has expired. They'll happily refile the extension dates and papers for whopping 998 greenbacks. I should have read the reviews first. I am a busy man, running several businesses, taking care of two under 10 children which I get I should be on top of all my things. I would think payment for a service would mean something. Ultimately this review is for those to be a bit more careful and less dependent on a firm that is not there for the clients best interest.

I had mega fees taking 3 times by them and the rest by a lawyer..get to the last process she claims pay for it...nothing happens in 3 months ..she calls me back trying to sell me the same service..twice...all I can say is scam....

Had/Having a horrible experience. I asked them for help numerous on numerous of times and only got minimal feedback. Please do not waste $300 like I did on service you are not going to get.

I have had nothing but issues with this company. They were super nice when they took my money. After that crickets. They only answer if you pester them which defeats the purpose of hiring them and not having to worry. They missed filing twice, which caused issues for me. Here I am 9 months later still fighting to get my trademarks settled so I never have to deal with them again.
