"Avoid this company"

Avoid this company. Having book 4 months prior through Airbnb, they ignored repeated messages when making contact about how to check into the property then cancelled the booking at 9.30pm for the next day leaving us in our destination with elderly relatives and nowhere to stay. They didn’t even inform Airbnb (trying to avoid their cancellation charges no doubt). This company is a scam in our opinion. Avoid!

Abbiamo prenotato con Booking un appartamento disdetto con una mail mezz’ora prima del check in
Non hanno cancellato la prenotazione in modo da trattenere l’importo di oltre 500 euro e poi sul loro sito Belvilla appunto chattando con loro non ti danno un numero di telefono per contattarli e ti dicono che per le prenotazioni ti danno l’indirizzo esatto dell’appartamento solo dopo che hai pagato la prenotazione. Ma poi non ti danno nessun indirizzo!!!! Sono dei truffatori!!! Fate attenzione! Noi forse ci salviamo solo tramite Booking che ha detto ci rimborserà… si spera!

Incompetenza maxima,non capiscono il lavoro, inadeguati, mi hanno addebitato anche a me come molto altri soldi che non dovevo pagare,sono 5 mesi che aspetto un rimborso e ancora nulla.
Mai più non gli consiglio proprio!!!!!

Non ho mai avuto contatti con Belvilla, nonostante ciò mi inviano mail per dire che la mia prenotazione è cancellata e devo prenotarne un altra sul loro sito, mi hanno cancellato la prenotazione due giorni prima di partire, se ne sono lavati le mani dicendo che l'indirizzo email era chiuso e il costume service è inesistente

Dopo avere prenotato 1 settimana ad Agosto in Val Venosta tramite Booking e pagato il 100% dell'importo pari ad € 1.488,12 a Belvilla con addebito diretto sulla mia carta di credito, contatto la struttura la quale mi riferisce di non avere alcun rapporto con Belvilla. Pertanto cancello la prenotazione da Booking nei termini previsti senza alcun costo di cancellazione, ma ad oggi dopo 12gg e dopo avere sollecitato sia Blevilla che Booking sia via mail che telefonicamente non ho avuto ancora alcun rimborso.

They have taken our money and cancelled our air b&b with two weeks until we travel and also refuse to reply even after issuing a refund

"Inaffidabili e disonesti "

È la prima volta che vengo a conoscenza di Belvilla, e spero pure l ultima. Li ho trovati per caso grazie a Booking, e fin dall' inizio mi sono sembrati inaffidabili: non c era una via, non c era una foto dell interno ( solo delle città prese da Google) e neanche una recensione. Ho chiesto più volte spiegazioni o informazioni in più e l unica cosa che mi scrivevano era per incitarmi a pagare tutto e subito ( c era la cancellazione gratuita per almeno 7 mesi)
Nonostante ho dato un anticipo, di punto in bianco mi cancellano la prenotazione senza nessun motivo.
Rivoglio indietro ogni singolo centesimo, o andrò per vie legali

Dopo aver chiesto la restituzione dell'acconto per l'annullamento della prenotazione ad opera di Belvilla che comunicava l'indisponibilità dell'alloggio, Belvilla cambia idea e dice che mia la prenotazione è confermata.
Sebbene chieda a Belvilla il contatto del referente in loco o del proprietario, a conferma della serietà della loro proposta, Belvilla glissa...andrò per vie legali!!

Absolut Frechheit dieser Firma warte immer noch auf Antwort.
Haben ein Ferienhaus in Italien gebucht. Sind da angekommen. Sehr bedenklich wegen der Sauberkeit.
Haben zum Glück einen angenehmen Hauseigentümern gehabt bis wir ihm gesagt haben was wir für diesen Aufenthalt bezahlt haben. Er erwiderte das er nicht mal als Eigentümer die hälfte der der bezahlten summe bekommen habe. Der Eigentümer ist sehr aufgewühlt und enttäuscht von der Situation. Habe mit bellvilla probiert zu reden wurde immer verwiesen auf eine andere Nummer zuletzt mussten wir, alles dokumentieren und ihnen zukommen lassen Bis jetzt warten wir auf Antwort von bellvilla bald ist unser Urlaub fertig und wir immer noch keine Antwort.

"I was scammed by this company"

I was scammed by this company. They are hosting a property owned by other in Perugia with Airbnb. I booked the property by accident, and the property has a no refund policy. However I received a message from them stating the booking would be confirmed only after receiving a voucher. As it was not confirmed yet I immediately communicated to them the mistake and asked them to cancel. Hours later they confirmed the booking, willfully ignoring my message. I raised the problem with Airbnb, and they contacted belvilla, who first claimed they could not get in touch with the property then eventually indicated the property had refused the refund. I contacted the property myself and they sent me the screenshot of the email where they indicated that they had agreed on a full refund. Yet Belvilla kept ignoring my requests. So they scammed both me and the property out of our money.
